Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, June 10, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments”, “Occupancy Adjustments”, and “LoanPurpose Adjustments” grids on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
- Restructuring the “Jumbo Other Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
- Introducing the “Fixed Jumbo Loan Amount Price Adjustments” and the “ARM Jumbo Loan Amount Price Adjustments” grids to replace the “Jumbo Loan Amount Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
