Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Friday, April 10, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments”, “Occupancy Adjustments”, “Loan Purpose Adjustments”, and “Jumbo Other Price Adjustments” grids on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
