Pennymac will update Non-QM LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Thursday, March 19, 2026 as follows:
- Improving values in the “Prepay Penalty Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Non-QM DSCR’ tab.
