Pennymac will update Conventional LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, February 24, 2026 as follows:
- Updating values in the ‘Freddie Mac Only Adjustments’ grid and the ‘Fannie Mae Only Adjustments’ grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab.
