Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Tuesday, February 17, 2026 as follows:
- Introducing State Adjustments in the “LLPAs by Product Feature for All Eligible Loans” grid on the ‘Conv LLPAs’ tab
- Introducing State Adjustments in the “FHA Other Price Adjustments” and the “VA Other Price Adjustments” grids on the ‘Govt LLPAs’ tab
- Updating values in the “Government FICO Price Adjustments grid” on the ‘Govt LLPAs ‘ tab
