Pennymac will update Jumbo LLPAs effective for all Best Efforts Commitments taken on or after Wednesday, August 20, 2025 as follows:
- Restructuring the “Jumbo Other Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
- Updating values in the “Risk Based Price Adjustments” grid on the ‘Jumbo LLPAs’ tab
